La mala puntuación es por la actuación suya por el tema,como ya expuse,de la app ,no por la calidad o buen servicio.
JAMAS SE DEBE DE CUESTIONAR A UN CLIENTE,QUE DEMUESTRA QUE TIENE RAZÓN.
Los asuntos del local y la app,no pueden ocasionar perjuicio a terceros,nosotros no presionamos a nadie,ni metimos prisa,se reclamó lo expuesto en las condiciones, aceptadas por el local en la app .
Que por lo visto,ahora bien que se acuerda del hecho en sí.
No es por un croissant,es por la forma.y el fondo, pueden dar gracias que no se puso una reclamación oficial.
Al cliente no le importa si a uds les cobran comisión por la app .Y si,hay muy buena calidad en el producto,y no descartamos volver a buscar más, por app .o en el local,como ya ha pasado varias veces.

Hoy fuimos para probar unos croissant veganos (2 días antes había consultado y me dijeron que tenían). Llegamos para tomar un café y nos dicen que no tienen nada vegano! Lamentablemente nos fuimos. Quizás en esos momentos la gente de cocina podría resolver la situación brindando alguna opción rápida para no perder los clientes o por lo menos no decir que tienen cosas que luego no tendrán.
